Terms and Conditions  All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit (£50 per person).   We ask that guests must be 18 or over.   Bookings will be confirmed when the completed Booking Form and deposit has been received by the proprieter.   The proprieters cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe custody.   Accounts must be settled on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with proprietor to allow for bank clearance.   In the event of cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature is on the Booking Form will be liable to pay for the total cost as per reservation. Deposits are not refundable but will be deductable from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancelation or curtailment of the contract. When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
